Intellectual property - A work or invention that is the result of creativity, such as a manuscript or a design, to which one has rights.
Freeware - Software that is free of charge.
Shareware - Software that is available free of charge and often distributed informally for evaluation.
Derivative - Imitative of the work of another person, and usually disapproved of for that reason.
Malware - Software that is intended to damage or disable computers and computer systems.
Phishing - The activity of defrauding an online account holder of financial information by posing as a legitimate company
Cloud - the delivery of computing as a service rather than a product, whereby shared resources, software, and information are provided to computers

A podcast is a pre-recorded audio program that is recorded and posted to a website for snyone who goes there to listen to. It can also be a video file, but it's not streamed live, but is often dowloaded and then posted to the site.
